1Sky's goal is to build a diverse, society-wide mobilization that will convince our federal government to take bold action by 2010. To identify the steps that our leaders need to take in order to shift our nation away from global warming and toward the prosperity of a green economy, we've engaged a network of leading scientists and economists to create the 1Sky Solutions.

To create the momentum we need to convince our leaders to adopt these solutions by 2010, we are engaged in an unprecedented collaborative effort involving hundreds of national environmental groups, state and local organizations, business, religious, health, social justice and military leaders, scientists, economists, elected officials, donors, celebrities and citizens nationwide. From mayors to students, from hunters to pastors, from CEOs to environmental activists, we will create a coherent and coordinated movement that our leaders cannot ignore.
  
 
 
 

Green For All is a national organization dedicated to building an inclusive green economy strong enough to lift people out of poverty.

By advocating for local, state and federal commitment to job training, job creation, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the emerging green economy – especially for people from disadvantaged communities – Green For All fights both poverty and pollution at the same time.

Green For All believes a shift to a clean, green economy can improve the health and well-being of low-income people, who suffer disproportionately from cancer, asthma and other respiratory ailments in last century's pollution-based economy. Such a shift can also create and expand entrepreneurial, wealth-building opportunities for American workers who need new avenues of economic advance.

  
 
 
  Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that promotes responsible energy choices that solve global warming problems and ensure clean, safe and healthy communities throughout the Southeast.  
 
 
 

The mission of the Union for Reform Judaism Camping System is to enrich and transform lives by strengthening Jewish identity, teaching Jewish knowledge, instilling Jewish values and cultivating lifelong friendships within a vibrant and fun community of living Reform Judaism.

The URJ has found that its summer camps offer their participants challenging experiences in Jewish religious living. The Union looks on its camps as extensions, in a unique setting, of the Jewish home and the synagogue.
